Human Opticin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Opticin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Opticin detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate visualised by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

Total assay time is 4h 30m, detection is colourmetric on a standard microplate reader, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is intended for research use only.

Stated sensitivity is <0.114 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Reported recovery values from the manufacturer datasheet are: Serum (n=5) 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA Plasma (n=5) 81%–100% (average 90%), and Heparin Plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%).
