Human O-6-Methylguanine DNA Methyltransferase ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MGMT (O-6-Methylguanine DNA Methyltransferase) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is <0.051 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
