Human NUP62 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Nucleoporin p62/NUP62 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The kit is specific for Nucleoporin p62/NUP62 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Standards and samples are added to a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) where NUP62 binds to the immobilized capture antibody. After washing, a biotinylated detection antibody specific for NUP62 is added to form a sandwich complex, which is detected using an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The reaction yields a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm and is directly proportional to NUP62 concentration.

The standard curve spans 0.313–20 ng/mL, with a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a total assay time of 4 hours. Average recovery values were 97% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma.
