Human Nucleoredoxin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Nucleoredoxin (NXN/NRX) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for NXN/NRX immobilised on the plate to capture target from standards and test samples, followed by detection using a Biotinylated Anti-NXN/NRX Antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration of NXN/NRX is calculated against a standard curve.

The assay has a working range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Validation data for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples are provided, including spike-and-recovery averages and dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
