Human Nucleoporin 62kDa ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich (quantitative) Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Nucleoporin p62/NUP62 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with standards and test samples added and detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Nucleoporin p62/NUP62 antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Signal is read colourimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and total assay time is 4 h 30 m.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.112 ng/ml. Mean recovery across serum (n=5), EDTA plasma (n=5) and heparin plasma (n=5) was 91%, 94% and 96% respectively, with dilution linearity ranges given for each sample type at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Kit components are stored at +4 °C or -20 °C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
