Human Nuclear Factor I/B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NFIB/NF1B2 (Nuclear Factor I/B) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised antibody specific for the target, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is generated using TMB substrate and read colourmetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The standard curve covers 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, and the complete protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported spiked recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5), with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions for all three sample types.
