Human Nuclear Factor, Erythroid Derived 2 Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Nuclear Factor, Erythroid Derived 2 Like Protein 2 (Nrf2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The kit uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Nrf2 and produces a colourimetric readout on a standard microplate reader.

In the workflow, standards and samples are added to the coated wells and any Nrf2 present is captured by the immobilised antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-Nrf2 detection antibody is added, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then used to visualise the HRP reaction, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm and Nrf2 concentration is calculated from the standard curve. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Reported sensitivity is 0.051 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml.
