Human NTN4 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Netrin 4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a biotinylated anti-Netrin 4 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to produce a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <32 pg/ml, and the assay is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 94%, range 88-101%), EDTA plasma (average 97%, range 91-103%), and heparin plasma (average 95%, range 92-98%). Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.

Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date. Netrin 4 is also known as Beta-netrin, Hepar-derived netrin-like protein, or NTN4.
