Human NR1I2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PXR (NR1I2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids, supplied by Antibodies.com. The platform is a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate configured as 12 x 8-well strips, with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate forming an antibody–antigen–antibody sandwich complex. Signal is generated with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm.

The assay is reported as specific for PXR with no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Reported recovery ranges are 88–103% (average 92%) for serum, 87–100% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma and 91–105% (average 97%) for heparin plasma, and dilution linearity data are provided for 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 sample dilutions. Reactivity is human.

Supplied components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25X wash buffer and plate sealers. The kit is shipped at +4°C, and components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as directed in the protocol manual.
