Human NPTN ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Human NPTN ELISA Kit is a 4-hour sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NPTN in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The antibody pair is reported as specific for NPTN, with no cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. The quantitative assay range is 31.25-2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of <18.75 pg/mL. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read on a microplate reader at 450 nm using a pre-coated 96-well microplate platform, and the total assay time is 4 hours.

Spike-and-recovery performance (n=10) gave ranges of 85%-105% in serum (average 96%), 86%-104% in EDTA plasma (average 92%), and 87%-105% in heparin plasma (average 97%). Dilution linearity (n=10) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions returned 86-101% / 83-100% / 82-93% for serum, 89-105% / 85-100% / 81-88% for EDTA plasma, and 90-97% / 82-95% / 81-96% for heparin plasma.
