Human Notch Homolog 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NOTCH2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for NOTCH2 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-NOTCH2 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue product that changes to yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450nm.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.33 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
