Human Norepinephrine Transporter ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Noradrenaline Transporter in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate; standards and samples are added, captured target is bound by a biotinylated anti-Noradrenaline Transporter antibody, and signal is generated with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.126 ng/ml, and the complete protocol is performed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed. Mean recovery values reported are 91 % for serum, 90 % for EDTA plasma and 84 % for heparin plasma (n = 5 for each), with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices.
