Human Ninjurin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ninjurin 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and uses a biotinylated anti-Ninjurin 1 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Sensitivity is reported at 0.111 ng/ml and the standard curve range is 0.312–20 ng/ml; the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Validated recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%), each from n=5. Linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 has been demonstrated for all three sample types (n=5). Reagents include Detection Solutions A and B, a 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, a lyophilized standard and adhesive plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
