Human Nidogen 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Nidogen 2 (NID-2) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colorimetric readout taken at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The standard curve spans a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml. The method employs a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5).

Dilution linearity has been tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 for each). The components supplied include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage temperatures specified per item.
