Human Neutrophil Cytosolic Factor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human NCF1/p47-phox in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a biotinylated anti-NCF1/p47-phox detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction visualised using TMB substrate to generate a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Concentration is calculated from O.D. absorbance at 450 nm read on a colorimetric microplate reader and referenced to a standard curve. Total assay time is 4h 30m on a pre-coated microplate platform. The assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.117 ng/ml. Recovery has been reported in serum (80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%-100%, average 90%, n=5), and heparin plasma (80%-89%, average 84%, n=5).
