Human Neuropilin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neuropilin 2 (NRP2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourimetric readout taken at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.073 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 m. Supplied components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-NRP2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past the stated expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery in neat samples (n=5 each) gave average recoveries of 91% (range 80%–102%) for serum, 90% (range 81%–100%) for EDTA plasma, and 84% (range 80%–89%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across the same sample matrices.
