Human Neuropeptide FF ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neuropeptide FF in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for Neuropeptide FF.

Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Neuropeptide FF detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution, and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <4.54 pg/ml, and the complete assay runs in 4h 30m.

Kit components include lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solutions A and B (120 µl each), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml), and 5 adhesive plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported spike-and-recovery averages are 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (80%–89%), with dilution linearity data at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
