Human Neuronal Pentraxin I ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neuronal Pentraxin I (NP-I) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids [S1][S2]. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) together with a biotinylated anti-NP-I antibody and HRP-avidin detection; TMB substrate is added and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1][S2].
