Human Neuromedin B ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and relies on a biotinylated anti-Neuromedin B detection antibody combined with an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported performance includes a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml. In spiked samples, recoveries are 80-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Validated sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 yield linear recoveries in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
