Human Neurogenic Differentiation 6 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers this sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MATH2/NEUROD6 (Neurogenic Differentiation 6) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay format, with an antibody specific for MATH2/NEUROD6 pre-coated onto the wells of a 96-well microplate; bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-MATH2/NEUROD6 antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with the enzymatic reaction developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

Run as a quantitative colorimetric sandwich assay on a pre-coated microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, the protocol takes 4h 30m. The working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and sensitivity is reported as <0.055 ng/ml. The kit is supplied with a lyophilised standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.

Sample performance has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5), with reported average recoveries of 91%, 91% and 84% respectively, and linearity demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
