Human Neurexophilin 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neurexophilin 1 (NXPH1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated antibody specific for NXPH1 on a microplate, with bound target detected using a biotinylated anti-NXPH1 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate, producing a colour change proportional to NXPH1 concentration that is quantified by absorbance at 450 nm against a standard curve.

The kit has a stated assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery ranges for spiked samples include 80%–102% in serum (average 91%), 81%–100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80%–89% in heparin plasma (average 84%), each based on n=5 samples. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
