Human Neuregulin 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Human Neuregulin 3 (NRG3) ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NRG3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for NRG3, with bound analyte detected using a biotinylated anti-NRG3 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.063 ng/ml. Total assay time is reported as 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is suitable for serum, plasma, cell lysates, tissue homogenates and cell culture supernates, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated. Reported recovery ranges in spiked samples were 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma and 80–89% for heparin plasma.
