Human Neuregulin 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neuregulin 1 (NRG1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a Biotinylated Anti-NRG1 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.056 ng/ml, and the protocol runs over approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
