Human Neugrin ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a biotinylated anti-Neugrin antibody paired with an HRP-avidin conjugate for detection. Following incubation with TMB substrate and acidic stop solution, the colour change is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with Neugrin concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The reported assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.28 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Sample recovery was evaluated in serum (n=5, range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
