Human Neudesin Neurotrophic Factor ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of human NENF (Neudesin Neurotrophic Factor) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colourmetric detection, read at 450nm on a standard microplate reader.

Sensitivity is 0.058 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. NENF-specific antibody is pre-coated on the plate; bound NENF is detected using a biotinylated anti-NENF antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a blue-to-yellow colour change proportional to NENF concentration.

The kit has been validated with serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
