Human Netrin 4 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Netrin 4 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. Reactive with human samples, the assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips). The protocol uses an antibody specific for Netrin 4 immobilised on the plate, followed by Biotinylated Anti-Netrin 4 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of an acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

The working range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 32 pg/ml. Spiked-sample recovery (n=5 each) was 88%-101% (average 94%) in serum, 91%-103% (average 97%) in EDTA plasma and 92%-98% (average 95%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each).
