Human Neogenin 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Human Neogenin 1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Neogenin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for Neogenin pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells and incubated, after which the wells are washed and incubated with a Biotinylated Anti-Neogenin Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate solution is then added to visualise the HRP enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. The absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of Neogenin calculated from the standard curve.

The kit has an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colourimetric on a pre-coated microplate. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Recovery and dilution linearity data are reported for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
