Human Necdin ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Necdin in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a capture antibody specific for Necdin, followed by incubation with a Biotinylated Anti-Necdin Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection relies on TMB substrate catalysis, producing a yellow colour that is quantified by measuring the optical density at 450 nm with a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit offers an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.066 ng/ml, and the complete protocol can be completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery performance includes serum (80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81%–100%, average 90%), and heparin plasma (80%–89%, average 84%).
