The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated anti-NPR-C detection antibody followed by HRP conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is stated as <0.059 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.
