Human Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Natriuretic Peptide Receptor 2 (NPR-B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate format and uses a Biotinylated Anti-NPR-B Antibody together with HRP-Avidin conjugate detection, visualised via TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The stated assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <29.5 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery values across sample types include serum (n=5) at 91% (range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (n=5) at 90% (range 81-100%) and heparin plasma (n=5) at 84% (range 80-89%).
