Human NADH Dehydrogenase Ubiquinone Fe-S Protein 1 ELISA Kit

Offered by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human NADH Dehydrogenase Ubiquinone Fe-S Protein 1 (Ndufs1) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-Ndufs1 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with bound Ndufs1 visualised using TMB substrate solution and quantified by reading the optical density at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The quantitative assay has a measuring range of 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.105 ng/ml. Reported recovery across undiluted samples averages 91% for serum (n=5, range 80%-102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%-101%) and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%-89%).
