A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human NADK. The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids and employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with NADK-specific capture antibodies immobilised on the plate. After incubation with standards or samples, a Biotinylated Anti-NADK Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate are applied sequentially, and a TMB substrate is used to generate a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
Sensitivity is 0.062 ng/ml, with a quantitative assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported recovery averages (n=5) are 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%).
Kit components supplied include a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 µl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers, with storage indicated at +4 °C or −20 °C depending on the component. The product is for research use only.
