Human Myosin Heavy Chain 4, Skeletal Muscle ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-Myosin antibody / HRP-avidin / TMB substrate workflow, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Dilution linearity has been tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same three matrices.
