Human Myosin Heavy Chain 11, Smooth Muscle ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Smooth Muscle Myosin Heavy Chain 11 in serum, plasma, or other biological fluids. It employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), using a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.27 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.781-50 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5 per matrix) yielded averages of 91% in serum (range 83%-100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90%-103%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89%-102%). Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.
