Human Myosin Heavy Chain 10, Non Muscle ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Non-Muscle Myosin IIB/MYH10 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with analyte concentration calculated against a standard curve.

According to the manufacturer, the assay has a sensitivity of <0.057 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery was assessed in serum and plasma matrices (n=5 per matrix). Average recovery was 91% in serum (range 83%–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90%–103%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89%–102%). Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
