Human Myomesin 2 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Myomesin 2 (MYOM2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate to which standards and samples are added; captured MYOM2 is detected with a biotinylated anti-MYOM2 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is 0.123 ng/ml and the working range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Validation data quote mean recovery of 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (81-100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (80-89%, n=5). Kit components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
