Human Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative measurement covers a product range of 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.065 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date. Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated across five replicates per matrix, with averages of 91% in serum (range 80% - 102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81% - 100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80% - 89%).
