Human Multimerin 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Multimerin 2 (MMRN2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate formatted as 12 x 8 well strips and runs on a colorimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of MMRN2 calculated from the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm read against a standard curve.

Quantitation is supported by a measurable product range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 33 pg/ml. The complete assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with the instruction not to use the kit past its expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery data are reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively across five samples each, and linearity data are provided for dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same matrices.
