Human Mucin 12, Cell Surface Associated ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Mucin 12, Cell Surface Associated (MUC12) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate; the colourmetric signal is read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.132 ng/ml and the working range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Undiluted recovery data supplied with the kit cover serum (average 91%, range 83–100%), EDTA plasma (average 96%, range 90–103%) and heparin plasma (average 95%, range 89–102%) across n=5. Dilution linearity values are also provided for the same sample types at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
