Human MTRNR2L6 ELISA Kit

The Human MTRNR2L6 ELISA Kit from Antibodies.com is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MTRNR2L6 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for MTRNR2L6 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Using a pre-coated microplate platform arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, the kit achieves a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. During the assay, MTRNR2L6 in standards or samples competes with immobilized MTRNR2L6 for binding to a biotinylated detection antibody. Following incubation and washing, an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate is added, and TMB substrate is used to visualize the reaction, producing a colour change read at 450 nm using a microplate reader. The intensity of colour is inversely proportional to the MTRNR2L6 concentration, which is determined by comparison to a standard curve. The total assay time is approximately two hours.
