Human Motilin ELISA Kit

It employs a sandwich ELISA format using a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Motilin detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin/TMB substrate system, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit is validated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Reported sensitivity is <4.28 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Average recovery values are given as 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma, with linearity documented across serial sample dilutions. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
