Human Monoacylglycerol-O-acyltransferase 2 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Monoacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 2 (MGAT2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. A 96-well microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for MGAT2. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-MGAT2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is 0.059 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. The complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as indicated. The product is intended for research use only.
