Human Moesin ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human Moesin ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Moesin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Moesin. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where Moesin is captured by the immobilized antibody, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-Moesin antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate.

The reaction is visualised with a TMB substrate that produces a yellow product after the addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit has a sensitivity of 0.064 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Validated sample types include serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates. Reported recovery ranges from 80% to 102% across these matrices, and linearity data show consistent performance across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, with kit components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
