Human MOCO Sulphurase C-Terminal Domain Containing Protein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MOCO Sulphurase C-Terminal Domain Containing Protein 1 (MARC1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-MARC1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate yielding a colorimetric product read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.064 ng/ml and the standard curve covers 0.156–10 ng/ml; total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min. Sample recovery in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 ranges from 74% to 108%. Kit components include pre-coated strips, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
