Human MMRN1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Multimerin-1 (MMRN1) — also known as ECM, MMRN, EMILIN-4, EMILIN4, Elastin microfibril interface located protein 4, Elastin microfibril interfacer 4, Endothelial cell multimerin, and GPIA* — in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

Standards and samples are added to a pre-coated microplate, followed by incubation with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a colour read at 450 nm. The kit offers a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL, and the full protocol takes 4 hours.

Samples are diluted at least 1:2 with the supplied Sample Dilution Buffer before testing. The assay is reported to be specific for the target with no reported cross-reactivity against other analogs or variants, and kit components are shipped and stored at +4°C.
