Human MMP1 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human MMP1 ELISA Kit is a ready-to-use sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MMP1. The assay is specific for MMP1 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The kit is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450 nm. The full protocol takes 4 hours and requires a colorimetric microplate reader. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated sample dilutions include healthy plasma at 1:2–1:5 and healthy serum at 1:10–1:20.

Kit contents comprise a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers, and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
