Human Microtubule Associated Protein RP/EB Family, Member 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MAPRE1/EB1 (Microtubule Associated Protein RP/EB Family, Member 1). The assay is intended for use with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where the analyte is captured by an immobilised antibody specific for MAPRE1/EB1. A biotinylated anti-MAPRE1/EB1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate are then added, and the reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to the amount of MAPRE1/EB1 present. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.036 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min.
