Human MICA ELISA Kit

Manufactured for in vitro research use, this sandwich ELISA (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables quantitative determination of human MICA in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay runs on a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm.

The kit is specific for MICA with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Sensitivity and range figures differ between sources: one states a sensitivity of < 10 pg/ml with an assay range of 62.5-4000 pg/ml, while another cites a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a product range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL.

Serum and plasma samples may affect test results and should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated sample dilutions include healthy serum (1:2) and Hela cell lysate (1:2). Reported average recovery values are 97% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. Use before the expiration date and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
