Human Meteorin ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Meteorin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a Biotinylated Anti-Meteorin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The quantitative measurement range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml and sensitivity is <4.4 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported recovery performance (n=5) included averages of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 84% in heparin plasma. Across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, recovery ranges were 74-107% in serum, 79-108% in EDTA plasma, and 82-105% in heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
