Human Mesothelin ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Human Mesothelin ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Mesothelin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Mesothelin detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.124 ng/ml, with an assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The assay is colourimetric, quantitative, and reactive with human samples.
